General Rules:

Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time of your trip, The boat will leave promptly at the time the trip is scheduled.

Please allow extra time for afternoon departures for beach traffic.

Coolers are permitted onboard.

Cancellations and Refunds:

A full refund of the deposit or transfer your deposit to an alternative date if you charter has been cancelled by us.

A full refund of the deposit must be done within 5 days of your trip if it is cancelled by you

RJ fishing corp. will not be held liable for any indirect costs incurred by booking a charter with us.

If the trip is canceled at any time by The Captain, RJ fishing corp. will not be held liable for any travel costs, meals, accommodation, or any other costs the customer may have incurred.

Weather:

All charters are subject to weather conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather.

Parking:

Between Labor Day and Memorial Day Captree State Parks charges for parking

School and Camp Buses must apply for permits in advance by calling 631-669-1000.

Alcohol / Drugs:

NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.

Only Beer is allowed on board
